A few bits of work for Branston pickle. A condiment that’s loved by Harry Styles but disliked by me.

To remind people how well Branston goes with cheese, Ed and I created Easter's savoury creme egg; the Briem Egg. A cheddar shell surrounding soft brie with a tangy pickle centre. It cost us £2.46 and an afternoon of cheese sculpting to produce.
